Signing Up for Online Web Therapy is Quick and Easy!

All You Have to Do is Sign Two Forms, Fill out an Intake Form, and Download and Setup the Vsee Video Conferencing Software.

The Three Forms (Professional Disclosure Form, HIPAA Privacy Disclosure Form, and Intake Forms) Can Be Found Under the Forms Tab Under Services. There is an option to digitally sign and date the forms and you can also Download, Sign, and Email Back Forms to bdarwish@renewlifetherapy.net.

The Vsee Video Conferencing Software Can Be Used on Any Desktop, Laptop, Phone, Ipad, or Android Tablet Device That Has a Camera and Microphone.

For Desktop and Laptop Devices

Proceed to www.vsee.com and Click on the Green “Get Free VSee” Button.
Follow the Steps To Set Up a Free VSee Account, and Return to www.vsee.com and Click on Products then Vsee Messenger, then “Try the Free App”.
You can follow the steps to create a free account, and you can also click on “Existing User; Download Here” in order to download the software to your desktop or laptop directly.
Install the Program, and then Login With Your Username and Password.
Go through the first time prompts, and then once in the program, click on the search bar and search for the email address basemd@att.net.
The program should find a contact and then select “Add Contact“.

And that’s it. You will be all set up and ready to go! When it is your appointment time, log into the program and place a video call to Basem Darwish in your VSee Contact List.

For Tablets / Ipads / Iphones / Android Phones

Go the the Respective App Store (Apple Store or Google Play) and search for VSee.
Select and Install the App and go through the prompts to create a new account.
Once the new account is created and you are logged into the App, search for the email address basemd@att.net and Add the New Contact.

And that’s it. You will be all set up and ready to go! When it is your appointment time, log into the program and place a video call to Basem Darwish in your VSee Contact List.
